Who Is Leo Brown?

I grew up on a small family farm in SE MN, attended a high school similar in size to WEM, and graduated from the U of MN with an ag business degree. After 30+ years in sales/marketing, education, and training, my wife and I bought our home in Elysian and became year-round residents in 2017. Throughout my career, I have used my technical knowledge, expertise, and relationships to help people make complex decisions that create sustainable, mutual success

• Owned a small business, later working for companies both small and large

• Expertise in strategic long-term planning and obtaining objectives within budget

• Local involvement has included Elysian Area Community Foundation, Elysian Chamber of Commerce, Lake Francis Association and active on parish council

• A passion to work for and with people to meet or exceed their needs and expectations.

• 30+ years of professional experience, including owning and operating a livestock business and working in sales and marketing, with a focus on education, training, and technical problem-solving.
